You miss the point of the error message. You have most likely used a local copy of the props in this park. You uploaded 4 props but they are NOT the ones actually used by the Market. You'll have to talk with experienced modders for the technical details of what went wrong and how you can fix it.

You made the same mistake with your truck props too.

All of your props can be used by people as props but they will NOT appear in the parks/lots you uploaded because of this error. People could still download all your stuff but they will have to find your props in-game and add them to your parks/lots themselves.
