Extended Runes Mod

At TBoI, Edmund made only 8 of the 24 runes of the older futark. I decided to fix it.

This mod adds 16 new runes with effects based on their real meanings.

Effects list:
*Fehu (Tool) - Upon use, activates player`s active item for free and gives it full charge.
*Uruz (Strength) - Upon use, grants invulnerability and +0.28 speed for six seconds. Removes the ability to shoot tears and replacing it with the ability to deal 40 contact damage to enemies. Also adds horns sprite to the player for one room (cosmetic effect).
*Thurisaz (Gateway) - Upon use, opens all closed doors in the current room. Also opens Mega Satan door, but not Boss Rush and Blue Womb entrances.
*Raido (Work) - Summons Mr. ME! near Isaac that will follow him around, and summons a controllable blue crosshair. After a few seconds, the crosshair disappears, and the ghost will act depending on what the crosshair was targeting.
*Kano (Immunity) - Upon use, gives 'Callus' trinket.
*Gebo (Partnership) - Upon use, grants Succubus, Incubus and Dark Bum companions for one room.
*Wunjo (Pleasure) - Upon use, spawns bed in the center of current room.
*Nauthiz (Constraint) - Upon use, spawns poop shield around player so flightless enemies stop.
*Isa (Standstill) - Upon use, stops all enemies until a fire button is pressed.
*Eihwaz (Persistence) - Upon use, player will be returned to the previous room and everything that happened in the current room will be undone.
*Sowelu (Wholeness) - Upon use, removes all curses for the current floor, reveals full map. Also increases all stats except tears and adds one temporary heart container for the current room.
*Teiwaz (Fearlessness) - Upon use, within one room protects player from damage by blocking one hit and reduces all damage to half a heart. Also grants one Soul Heart.
*Mannaz (Man) - Upon use, clears all costume effect (not the skin color) and spawns Dressing Table in the center of the current room.
*Laguz (Intuition) - Upon use, causes all rooms, excluding the Secret Room and Super Secret Room, to appear on the minimap. It does not reveal the contents of the rooms.
*Inguz (Potential) - Upon use, grants player 'Mom`s Key' item (Grants two keys and generates additional pickups from chests). Also gives +2 luck.
*Othala (Experience) - Upon use, spawns one random book item.
