Quick & Easy Downgrade with DLCs and MP

Quick and easy way to downgrade your game to patch 8 with Multiplayer but keep the DLCs in one game.

Before downgrading

Before you do any of this, you can optionally get the Radio Downgrader

You also need to get the EFLC Exclusive Radio Stations mod currently as the radio downgrader doesn't support the new dat15 and dat16 files from after the combined EFLC radios update

Downgrading

First, make a new folder in your game dir called DLC, inside of it make 2 folders: TBoGT and TLAD. Inside each of those folders, create a folder called content.
Navigate back to the game folder, go into TBoGT and move all the files from there into DLC/TBoGT/content, then navigate back again, go into TLAD and move all the files from there to DLC/TLAD/content.
Download this archive (remove the space as Steam hates mega links):

and extract it into your game directory.

If you have GFWL installed already, at this point your game should be ready to go. If you don't, download it from here[download.gfwl.xboxlive.com] and install it, after you've done that, you can now launch the game through Steam normally and it should work. Sometimes it may take a few seconds for GFWL to recognize the DLCs and the game will boot into the GTA IV menu, if you wait a few seconds the Quit button will change into a Back button and you'll be able to access them normally.

If the game asks for a serial, you can either enter your old IV or EFLC serial from before March 19, find one on the internet or from a friend, or buy any game with GFWL still included (e.g. Flatout: Ultimate Carnage) and enter the key you get from there.
If you bought the game before March 19 you could also ask Steam Support to give you your CD Key back.

Auto-Downgrader removes access to DLCs, but so does YOURS, I had to get latest Zulika ini, and disable MenuSkip to finally be able to play DLCs with good ENB. Then again, no other methods I've tried, actually allowed me to play DLCs after downgrade, except yours. So kudos for that. Now to try and get ENB working on yours... *sigh*

saves from the shitty version are lost and you can use asi mods so you could just take like an hour to teleport and airbreak through the story up to the point where you were

If I were to downgrade with a current save file on the latest version, will I lose my save??? Also does this make you able to mod the game with ASI files because as of right now, no asi mod works for me and crashes my game...
