Description
I got a few comments that stated the amulet was op and while yes for early/young characters it is op. If anyone would be intrested in taking screen shots of the fragments and the finnaly amulet in thier inventory and sending it to me then go ahead and do so.

Level i should have added in lv30. I have near max enchanting so i had an op amulet already.

@ ojaiike I'm kinda of lost as to what you mean. Are you talking about level? or the enchantment strength?

I got the amulet around 30 so it wasnt to much of a problem. I could see needing this if you got it at like ten or something.

@talkinrock The diffrenece in this one compared to vanilla is 65 points in Health Magicka and Stamina plus a 50% increase in regen speed the diffrence in this version of my mod compared to my other verion is the other one is at 100 points added to your Health Magicka and Stamina versus the 65 this one adds.
