To change the driving license skin of "drivinglicensesystem",

go to: "garrysmod\addons\drivinglicensessystem\lua\weapons\driving_license\shared.lua"

and replace at line 55 "local DIMat = Material("drivinglicenseframe.png")"

in

"local DIMat = Material("drivinglicenseframe_en.png")"
