Alternate Effect Color for Alteration Spell Armor

(I can't upload it to the workshop because it kind of requires the Nexus Mod Manager to install).

Not being a fan of blue, I changed the color of the alteration armor spells to a light golden color.

Note:
This only changes the color of the body glow, all of the casting effects remain the same at the moment.
