Achievement Guide

A video and text based walkthrough on unlocking all the Steam achievements for Blockland.

Introduction

Blockland consists of 11 achievements, most of which are extremely easy to accomplish. I've created a video guide on unlocking these achievements and will come back to make a text based version.

Blockhead No More - 0:03
Self Help - 0:17
Gay Pirate - 0:25
Hacker - 0:32
Educated - 0:42
It Works! - 1:14
High Score! - 1:20
SUPER High Score! - 1:20
Full House - 1:57

It should also be noted that the High Score! achievement unlocks after you get 1 point, and the SUPER High Score! achievement unlocks after you get 1,000,000 points.

The Text Walkthrough

Blockhead No More
This achievement unlocks after you change your name. Changing your name can be accessed via the main menu on the lower part of the screen. Clicking "name", typing in the name you want, then clicking register.

Self Help
Can be unlocked simply by pressing F1. It's basically an in game manual, explaining how to accomplish certain tasks in game.

Gay Pirate
Unlocks after you keep randomizing your avatar until you get the pirate hat. In the Main Menu, clicking "Player" then click on the "Random" buttom until you get a random avatar with a pirate hat. This will NOT save your avatar unless you click "DONE". Clicking "random" then closing the dialog box unlocks the achievement and keeps your previous avatar.

Hacker
Access the console via the tilde ( ` right next to the escape button or the number 1 button on your keyboard), then type in: getachievement();


Educated
This achievement unlocks after you complete the tutorial. Simple.


It Works!
This one requires you to host a server--though it can also be unlocked by hosting a single player game. You don't have to have your ports forwarded for this one.


High Score!
High Score requires you to get a point. Can easily be accomplished by spawning Zombies via the brick menu > Special bricks, starting a mini game by pressing the Escape key then going to Mini Game, then create. The zombie(s) will run at you and the default loadout for weapons is a pistol and a rocket launcher. Killing the zombie grants you a point.

SUPER High Score!
Similar to the High Score! achievement, but requires 1,000,000 points to unlock instead of 1.

Full House
This achievement requires you to join a 32+ player server. It has to have 32+ players actually in it, it doesn't matter if the max player limit in the server is 32 and there's only 2 players in it. It MUST have 32+ players.

Speedy Kart
Speedy Kart unlocks after completing a Speed Kart race in Single Player.


Speedier Kart
Similar to the Speedy Kart achievement, but you must win a Speed Kart race in Multiplayer.

Press ~ to pull up the console, than enter the below command to immediately unlock the Full House achievement. It works for all achievements, just change the name.

What @Epicsurvivor explained can also be done with the "Speedier Kart" achievement, but with only one instance.

you can obtain the Full House achievement by running 32 instances of the game and having all of them join a lan server

Good to know that Full House is unachieveable now that there's only 2 servers with at least 1 player in it.
