scrap to surge alloy

Description
It is a 11x12 scrap to surge alloy it is takes a littie bit more time to make the surge than having a continuous steam of the things needed to make it

How to use it: the scrap goes into the distributor and comes out of the unloader at the other end (yellow)

NOTE: this is my first build if there is any ways to make this better let me know if i can make it better

Right, I have a slight upgrade that does a world of good. Right where the Alloy Smelter gets its lead/copper/titanium, place an overflow gate, and incenerator, to remove all the not needed items. This will ensure that the Smelter always has the items needed
