Shader (fps) problem fix

Steps:

1.Go to Library>Right Click CS:GO>Properties>BETAS Tab>Select the option called 1.37.4.4 and close the window.

2.You client should start downloading some files (approx 900MB).

3.When it's done, reopen the CS:GO properties window>LOCAL FILES Tab>BROWSE LOCAL FILES... This should open your CSGO folder.

4.In the CSGO folder, head over to platform>shaders>fxc

5.Find two files called character_vs30 (20KB) and character_ps30 (623MB).Copy those two over to your desktop.DON'T CLOSE THE fxc FOLDER WINDOW YET as you will need it later.

6.Again open the CSGO Properties window>BETAS Tab and select the NONE - Opt out of all beta programs option in the dropdown menu.

7.Your client will redownload some stuff.Reopen the fxc folder window, refresh it and then copy over the two files you saved on your desktop.When prompted with a window of which files to keep, select only those that you copied to your desktop previously.

8.Done!Now you can boot up the game and play with much higher fps.There are still going to be some shaders, but everyone who has tested it reported improvements nonetheless.If something went wrong, please check the comments for help.

Please do note that this beta branch of the game will be available until 13th of April, so do this quick before it is removed.

Q:Will I/ Can I get VAC banned for this?
A:I don't work at Valve so I can't tell you anything with 100% certainity, but in this fix we are just switching 2 newer CSGO files with 2 older CSGO files, we don't run any programmes or put any files not made by Valve in the CSGO folder.So no, you will not be banned.

Q:Where's the fxc folder at?
A: Here is it's location in my computer: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\platform\shaders\fxc
If this doesn't work for you then your Program Files folder could be renamed to something like "Program Files(x86)" etc.Just try to find where csgo.exe is located, the rest of the folders that follow afterwards are exactly the same to everyone: Counter-Strike Global Offensive\platform\shaders\fxc

Q:Do i copy the files after the beta download finishes or before?
A:After the download has finished, refresh the explorer window and then copy the two files to your desktop.One easy way to check if everything went okay is if one of the files is extremely large (over 600MB).

Q:How do I know this fix has worked for me?
