Description
Oak & Iron is a 1/600th scale naval game set in the age of piracy, imperial expansion, and above all, fighting sail. It allows players to recreate battles between small fleets and squadrons of armed sailing ships. The game is designed to be simple and intuitive while also challenging players by providing significant tactical depth, being true to the theme and tactics of the period, and supplying significant flavor for the various factions represented in the game.

@Stormpero No new updates for now. I'm currently focusing on the production of Blood & Plunder Raise the Black therefore I get no time to work on this. Once that project is out of my hands, I'll come back to this mod and work on new updates.

Hello, thank you for making this mod.
Any news how the upgrades to it are going, seems like all is dark from may.

@Furt That's a glitch in the game. For some reason the ships' bases sink into the table sometimes.
Furt May 15, 2020 @ 4:05pm
Great work with this mod - looks just like the real game. Changing the states of the ships (wake, reload etc) sinks the ship's base into the mat itself. Am I doing something wrong?

@SecularScythe Right now there's a tool on the right hand side that allows you to select a ship and rotate them one degree at a time but we're looking into improving this soon.

One last question is there a way to more accurately rotate the ships. It seems that the rotation degree of the various speed sticks cannot be match by the limitations of the game. The macro that is in the game works, however as soon as you pick up the ship it re-adjusts it to the nearest 15 degrees.

@SecularScythe Currently the TTS mod has the 3 standard Admiral cards to play the game and some upgrade cards that are not currently on the physical version of the corebox. The game is playable without the upgrade cards and the other admiral cards.

Are there still plans to add Admirals and Upgrade cards? Can the game still be played fully without them?

@Hazdrubal I'm not sure why. It did this when I grouped the bases with the ship objects.
