now what you want to do is make a extract and a lessmsi folder on your patch folder open lessmsi gui or lessmsi.exe drag the TitleUpdate on to lessmsi gui or lessmsi.exe and all imgs etc will pop up on the gui put them on your patch 7 extracter folder that you made and go to SourceDir \ PFiles \GFWLTitleUpdateRoot copy them [not the folder it self] and to your GTAIV Folder and now you are done
