Scripted Actions

• Only the game host can:
  
  • deal to 4-8 players, including automatic shuffling and dealing of cards
    
  • reset the game with a single button
    
  • Choose which expansions / variants are in play
    
• Once cards are dealt, each player is sent a private message:
  
  • All crew members are told that they are crew
    
  • A.S.S.es are told who the other A.S.S.es are
    
  • Everyone is informed of basic game rules:
    
    • how many of each are in play
      
    • how many engine power-ups are required to go to Earth
      

Minor conveniences:

• You can't put things that aren't dice in the dice bag (I'm not really sure why this is allowed in the first place, but it isn't now).
  
• To help prevent people from forgetting whose turn it is, the dice bag changes color to the color of the player who last drew a die from the bag.
  
• Snap points have been added for infection and role cards, so they snap into place and rotate to face their owner when returned.
  
• Snap points have also been added for engine power-ups and banked dice to make it easier to distinguish them from dice players have recently drawn.
  
• Instructions have been expanded to include clarifications from the creator of the game.

Game description:
Speeding through space, Burke's Gambit is a rugged Company freighter on an extremely important mission, with its seasoned crew being tasked with finding powerful alien technology. What the crew finds instead is something they never expected: a dangerous parasitic organism has somehow made its way into the ship and inside the body of one of the crew members! Just as the bio-organism contamination alarm goes off, one of the crew members seizes the chaotic moment and sabotages the ship's engines. The ship, its crew, and the parasitic organism are all on a collision course with planet Earth, where further contamination of the world's population awaits. Which of the crew are dedicated Company personnel wanting the alien organism to reach earth? Which are just crew wanting to identify the infected crew member? Most importantly, which member of the crew is infected?! Join the crew of Burke's Gambit on a wild space adventure with hidden affiliations and a hidden infected player.
