No Cut Efficiency for External Muscle Suit

This is a fan-made continuation of the No Cut Efficiency Mod to remove Cut Efficiency from the External Muscle Suit by seina.

This mod does not supply the armor, it only removes Cut Efficiency and modifies Cut Resistance so be sure to get the armor from here:

Simply load this below the External Muscle Suit mod and you'll be good to go. There is no need to import.

The base mod only works for Vanilla human races(Greenlanders and Scorchlanders). For use with other races and modded races you will need this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1464696648

Load order should be as such:
External Muscle Suit
Extra Armor Race Free(Optional)
No Cut Efficiency for External Muscle Suit
