Liberty City Minute
Complete the story missions in less than 30 hours.
Pausing the game will not count towards time, and skipping cutscenes is advised to avoid wasting mission time

In a darts game score 180 with 3 darts.
Dart boards can be found in Steinway Beer Garden in Dukes, and Lucky Winkles in Algonquin.


King of QUB3D
Beat the High Score in QUB3D.
QUB3D can be played at Homebrew Café, Perestroika, Modo & The Triangle Club


Gobble Gobble
Score 3 strikes in a row, a turkey, in 10-pin bowling.
You can go bowling at Firefly Island & The Golden Pier
[Note: Best way to get a strike is to take 2 steps to the left and bowl fast]


Sightseer
Fly on all helicopter tours of Liberty City.
Head to Higgins Helitours in south-east Algonquin and take a tour on each of the five helicopters

You Got The Message Click to watch
Deliver all 30 cars ordered through text message.
To unlock Stevie's Car Thefts, the player must unlock the Alderney Safehouse, and complete the mission Smackdown for Derrick McReary and No. 1 for Brucie Kibbutz













Dare Devil Click to watch
Complete 100% of the unique stunt jumps.
There's a total of 50 stunt jumps throughout the game, most of them are pretty easy if you use a fast vehicle












Under The Radar Click to watch
Fly underneath the main bridges in the game that cross water with a helicopter.
Use a helicopter to fly under all of the bridges. Flying with a keyboard can be a bit tricky & the default mapping sucks so I recommend changing your flying controls.










Order Fulfilled Click to watch
Complete all 10 Exotic Export orders.
The Exotic Exports missions are unlocked after completion of the mission Logging On for Brucie Kibbutz.

Endangered Species Click to watch
Collect every hidden package in the game.
This achievement is the most time consuming one to achieve as you have to travel around the city and kill 200 'flying rats'. All locations will be displayed in the video linked


It'll Cost Ya
Complete a taxi ride without skipping from one island to another.
Travel to another island but don't press the rush or skip button, let the journey play out naturally and you'll unlock this achievement.


Walk Free Click to Watch
Lose a 4 star wanted rating by outrunning the cops.
Can be difficult if you don't know what you're doing, the video provided here will show you the easiest way to complete this achievement./i]


One Man Army
Survive 5 minutes on 6 star wanted level
Using a helicopter with 6 stars is a great way to survive, an alternative option is to hide in the subway tunnel

Wheelie Rider
Do a wheelie lasting at least 500 feet on a motorbike.
If you're struggling with this use a faggio on a straight bit of road as it's more easier to control [Hold CTRL to do wheelies].


Cleaned The Mean Streets
Capture 20 criminals through the police computer.
Find any police car and stop to access the police computer. Go to "View Current Crimes". Choose any active crime and kill the criminal involved to complete it then repeat 19 more times


Half Million
Reach a balance of $500,000.
This achievement is easy to obtain and should be unlocked naturally as you play the game. You earn $250,000 during 'Thee Leaf Clover' and you can earn an additional $300,000 delivering 30 cars for Stevie.


Finish Him
Complete 10 melee counters in 4 minutes.
It's recommended to do this achievement at the Higgins Helitour Area as you'll find plenty of NPCs ready to fight and if your HP gets low there's a hot dog vendor close by.


Genetically Superior
Come first in 20 singleplayer street races.
Grafting the races while driving a fast car, such as the Infernus or even something as simple as a Turismo or Sultan RS should make winning the races easier and shorter.


Chain Reaction
You must blow up 10 vehicles in 10 seconds.
To get this achievement I would recommend you steal a bus and block a bridge causing a traffic jam in front of you ready for a chain reaction.


Rolled Over
Do 5 car rolls in a row from one crash.
If you're struggling with this, crash your car while travelling at a high speed downhill as the car will roll further without stopping.


Manhunt
Complete the most wanted side missions from the police computer.
Find a police car and stop to access the police computer. Go to "View Most Wanted" and complete the 30 Most Wanted missions by killing each of the criminals

Help Billy get his bike back.
Finish the first mission

The Lost Boy
Become leader of The Lost.
Finish 'This ♥♥♥♥'s Cursed'

Challenge:

Get Good Wood
In the bike races, whack off 69 bikers with a bat.
The easiest way to get this achievement is to just keep persistently playing the bike races while trying to knock as many bikers off their bikes with a Baseball Bat as possible.

Full Chat
Build Terry and Clay's toughness to 100%
Calling out Terry and Clay to help out with Gang Wars repeatedly is the quickest and easiest way of getting this achievement

Complete the Trinity.
Complete the mission "Not So Fast" to unlock the achievement

10 Wars - A Pistol .44 spawns on the coffee table of Luis' safehouse
20 Wars - An Advanced Machine Gun (M249) spawns in the kitchen of Luis' safehouse.
25 Wars - The 'Snow Queen' achievement.
30 Wars - An Automatic Shotgun (AA-12) spawns in the kitchen of Luis' safehouse.
40 Wars - Sticky Bombs spawns on the coffee table of Luis' safehouse.
50 Wars - A Gold SMG spawns on the dining table of Luis' safehouse.

Gone Down Click to watch tutorial
Complete all base jumps.
Around the map are several parachute icons which represent the base jumps.

Challenges:

Four Play
Hit a flag with a golf ball four times.
This takes some trial and error to get the aim and range right but once you get the hang out of this will become very easy to unlock.


Bear Fight
Win the L.C. Cage Fighters championship.
The L.C. Cage Fighters championship can be found in the basement of a building near the Holland Hospital Center in Algonquin.


Adrenaline Junkie
Freefall for the longest possible time.
Fly a helicopter to the max height and jump out, open the parachute at the last possible moment

Dance perfectly in both Tony's nightclubs
The two nightclubs are Maisonette 9 and Hercules

Game compelete is only 94%. Shouldn't this open when all the other achviments are opened?

Respect is just mission progress. For the achievement you need the like stat.

About the Finish Him achievement I don't know how to help you besides asking you if you're sure you're countering correctly

Finish Him seems so simple. I even followed everyone's advice of fighting everyone in line at the helitours. But I still haven't received credit for it.

Even with 50 bodies on the ground in 15-20 minutes. So the 10 in 4 minutes must have been in there somewhere. But still no credit. Not sure what I'm doing wrong on that one.

I targeted each person. Not sure if I'm supposed to let them hit me first. I tried everything. Doesn't seem to be better advice then to just corner a bunch of people so you can get at them quickly. IDK
