Description
This mod disables pirates in general. I have updated old mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1586735803

All credits goes to szszss.

This mod changes the time needed for maximum piracy growth from 10 years to 5000 years (holyshi---), and limits the value of maximum piracy from 25% of trade value to 0.1%. Because trade routes have 2 points of base trade protection, in most time your most trade routes will not be effected by piracy. Any accumulated piracy can be suppressed in a day by passing fleets.

I liked the old Stellaris idea that Pirates have to operate from empty space, that actually makes sense. Just spawning them in based on some protection value? Nope, doesn't do it for me and isn't a good game mechanic.
