作者在2月9日新增了新版本，但是這個版本太智障，bug多，甚至steam成就和steam雲端都沒辦法用；同時，智障steam禁用了回復舊版功能，這份指南教你該如何做。

3. 你可以在STEAM捷徑後面加入「 -dev」來開啟STEAM控制台
例如
D:\game\Steam\Steam.exe -dev

4. 以下是重點
先下載Cheat Engine
https://www.cheatengine.org/

再按以下步驟做
1. 運行Cheat Engine.
2. File -> Open Process -> Steam
3. 在右邊按以下的設定選取
- "Memory Scan Options": steamclient.dll (按S會較快找到這個選項)
- "Value Type": Array of byte
- "Hex": checked (勾選)
- "Writable"unchecked (!) (不勾選)
- "Array of byte": D0 84 C0 0F 85 2E FF FF FF
4. 按"First Scan". 你會找到1個唯一的值
5. 對找到的數值右鍵 -> Change value of selected address(es)
6. 輸入數值: D0 84 C0 E9 2F FF FF FF 90
7. 按OK. 完成，你現在可以使用第2步的指令直接下次你重啟STEAM為止

緊記每次做完當要玩多人遊戲時，最好先重開STEAM和關掉CE，避免被當作作弊。

2. Do this commend in steam console
download_depot 618050 618051 7697586216591959821

3. You can add " -dev" in your steam shortcut to launch steam console
For example
D:\game\Steam\Steam.exe -dev

4. The following is inportant.
download the Cheat Engine first

Do following step:

1. Run Cheat Engine.
2. File -> Open Process -> Steam
3. Set the right-hand settings to the following:
- "Memory Scan Options": steamclient.dll (just keep pressing S when the drop-down is open to iterate through each and find it quicker)
- "Value Type": Array of byte
- "Hex": checked (勾選)
- "Writable"unchecked (!) (不勾選)
- "Array of byte": D0 84 C0 0F 85 2E FF FF FF
4. Click "First Scan". You should get a single Address and the searched Value next to it.
5. Right-click the Value -> Change value of selected address(es)
6. Enter new value: D0 84 C0 E9 2F FF FF FF 90
7. Click OK. Done. You can now exit Cheat Engine and are able to downgrade games without the "Manifest not available" error, until you exit Steam. Continue through the guide as before.
You will have to do this every time Steam is (re)started.

Keep in mind that every time you want to play a multiplayer game, it is best to restart STEAM and turn off CHEAT ENGINE to avoid being cheated.
