GTA IV Complete Edition - Changes that i noticed! (Bugs and possible Fixes)

Hi! My english isnt perfect, so dont judge me too hard.
So, i will write here all changes that i noticed from BASIC old version and this "Complete" which for me.... is "Incomplete" and let me explain why.

--------WARNING: This game is buggy as always R*, didnt do much to improve the game. I like more older version with NORMAL RADIOS. Only there is less performance improvements and it has Games for Windows, and its not a problem for me.

=GTA IV=
-First of all, Screen resolution works better but there is no support for 4K! But it seems like R* made a support for 21:9 Ultrawide(if it doesnt work, look below)
-On the main menu, before launching GTA or Episodies, you can see that the logo of Episodies has been upscaled resolution.
-RamJam FM, Self-Actualization FM and Vice City FM are MISSING for a short time. (R* will add them back in different versions later)
-No "Games For Windows"
-No ONLINE game mode (Even on the phone of the character, there is no selection for that).
-Social Club added, pressing "HOME" or 7 on keypad, you will see classic Social Club of R*.
-Added achivements for all 3 games!
-Seems like game has performance improvements: I have 10fps+ now then before.
-Main menu seems to have HD indication Buttons.
-Radios seem to have tracks from DLC's radio stations and personally, i hate it.

-Added Japanese and Russian titles!

KNOWN BUGS! (And some fixies)
-In custscenes you may expect zoomed camera. There is no fix for now.

- 512 Memory Fix: Download it and put into game directory, should work. At least for me it did. https://github.com/colistro123/GTAIV_ExtendVidMem/raw/master/Release/dinput8.dll

-Not for all users, but sometime when you launch the game, it ONLY opens R° Launcher without launching the game. For resolve that issue please reinstall R*Games Launcher, For my friend it worked!

-I cannot do screenshots for some reason! Games crashes, and i dont know if you can do.

-On the last mission you may expect infinite loading screen or a bug with the helicopter, to fix that, you should make frame rate of your monitor the same as FPS of the game, racomended is 60 fps and 60 hz.

-For someone Saves are NOT working correctly. You may expect to loose them after relaunching the game! But this is not for all users. I raccomend to Do the first mission and save, then close the game and launch again, if it works, then fine. If you lost your save, please report it here! We will try to find fixes!

-21:9 Ultrawide Fix: If it doesnt work normaly, there are some steps to make it work: First of all set Monitor Resolution from 16:9 to Auto! Then quit the game. After that go to proprieties on Steam, and set new start commands: -windowed. Save it and run the game. Well, you will play in windowed mode BUT in 21:9 Ultrawide Solution.

-"Stuttering Problem" with controller Possible fix: Stuttering in games occurs due to either hardware or software issues. Probably your controller drivers are not working fine with the game. Try to reinstall this or update. If it wont work, try to find a special guide for it. For now all what i can say. (Also, for someone it works after reinstallation of Steam)

All this things i found in the game, of this occurrent version (2020) and it might not be the same as another older version of GTA4 called "GTA 4 Complete Edition" which was an edition of years ago.

I am running a 3440x1440 21:9 ultrawide
the max resolution gta iv reconizes is 1600x 900.
I did try setting the aspect ratio from auto to 16:9 then rebooted my game and now the game only goes up to a max of 1280x720.

I noticed same issue that EFLC have, with Sabre (damaged-wreck model) have no engine sound.

Well i don't really see any fps improvement, i got ryzen 5 2600, gtx1060 and 16 gigs of ddr4 3000mhz ram, i get like 75fps cuz i got vsync but then it drops out of nowhere to like 50-40, and at night it also drops fps.

@OokamiWolfCanine not a bad thing at all. But all the Russian tracks on Vladivostok are replaced with absolute crap (long ago), and I haven't heard the original The Beat so far (maybe I'm just always not on time).

Does anyone know about how the modding community reacted to this? I used to do crazy stuff with simple native trainer in every version of the game and now I have no reason to play this game since I've completed it twice. Besides, the performance is even worse than before.

In my version the offline mode doesnt work cuz i cant save my login somehow when i'm logged in and online. Thats extremely bad cuz i played GTA always offline and dont want to change that!!!

Gfys the extra tracks are great and it's nice that they're ported from the DLC. I agree with @Motka tbh
