This mod adds a decision that gives the player/player and AI unlimited Governing Capacity (1.000.000).
Mod works and will work fine on every single version that comes next, unless PDX removes Governing Capacity.
Updated while at 1.34.4.0 Sweden.

Mod is fully translated into English, French, German and Spanish.
For example:

Q: Is this mod Ironman compatible?
A: It is not. It changes the checksum of the game, thus disabling achievements.

Q: Is this mod compatible with (insert mod's name)?
A: Yes, the mod is compatible with every other existing mod.

Q: Can I use your mod in my own one?
A: Yes, after including it in your mod's description.

Q: Can AI pick this decision?
A: By default it cannot, although you can change it by using a script that I've included in the decisions folder named mode_swapper.bat .

Q: Can I play with a language other than English?
A: Localization files are translated into all languages available by default (i.e. English, French, German and Spanish).
