Hopefully this helps. I am not very active on BGG nowadays.
I believe the objects stay this way, because they where implemented in this orientation. It has been long since I used TTS the last time, so I am very rusty and not up to date on new patches/updates. Maybe try to google for 3D-Model orientation changes/shortcuts.
For my games I liked to stack my resources together and bind them to the transporter in order to keep them together. Lowering the pick-up height also reduces the risk of falling over.
Hopefully this was helpful.
The white walls are neutral walls and the white bricks are neutral wonder bricks. These walls are to represent fallen walls of enemies and the bricks get placed at the end of every wonder phase in order to speed up the game.
Somewhere I found the solo game to start with 13 Bricks already being placed but I forgot if that was map specific or a general rule.
Also, try posting records on your solo/multiplayer games. A fun variant we thought about is teamplay 2v2. I wonder if someone would like to try it.
For Gold and silver I create bags and fill them. (shuffle them by pressing R)
