Full crew

How to get the full crew achievement in witcher 3 (how to get all the reinforcement we can).
This is the mission/quest which is started at end of the game i.e. the quest before the isles of mists.

Keira Mitz

Complete these side quests "An Invitation from Keira Metz, A Towerful of Mice, A Favor for a Friend, For the Advancement of Learning".
Note : - send her to Kaer Morhen at the end of her subplot instead of killing her.

Roche & Ves

Complete the quest "An Eye for an Eye" then, talk to Roche during Main Story Mission "Brothers in Arms: Novigrad" and he will come to Kaer Morhen

Zoltan Chivay

simply talk to him during Main Story Mission "Brothers in Arms: Novigrad"

Ermion

simply talk to him during Main Story Mission "Brothers in Arms: Skellige"

Hjalmar

Complete the side quest "Possession, The Lord of Undvik, King's Gambit" and during "king's gambit" quest choose either to help Hjalmar or Cerys. Then talk to ruler and Hjalmar will come to you.

Crach an Craite (sword)

talk to Crach an Craite and he will give you a silver and steel swords for fight.

Yennefer and Triss

Your choices with yennefer or triss doesn't affect the outcome.
Which means that you can continue your story either with yen or triss and both of them will be there for defending ciri. So, you don't have to be worried about the thought that which one i should continue my story with.

I've gathered all people required for this achievement and it refuses to pop. I have seen other people having issues with it, saying you sometimes have to reload and speak to the last person again to get the achievement to pop. Doesn't happen for me.
