Introduction & Solution
Sometimes when you play CS:GO, another team player may be spamming radio messages making it hard to hear the enemy coming.

To ignore them completely do as follows:
1) Open the console with the ~ button
2) Type 'ignorerad'
3) Done.

Would be nice if this actually worked. Once guy just spams "no" for hours, I have tried everything and nothing stops it. It has turned me into griefing him every time he is in my game no one will kick him blocking does nothing. So fucking toxic.

Type 'ignorerad' again to enable radio afaik. If you restart the client, it should go back to default and allow radio commands to be heard.
