You could also easily make your own version of this in your asset editor and use some of pdelmo's low tri weedy / garbagy plants he made since this was made and published

1) yes it does use the tree, it's the small / sprout tree of heaven which is included (see the picture), which is only 390 tri

2) but good news! You can download this side yard or any other asset *without* whatever parts you don't like, whether that be trees, props or decals. Loading screen mod will show the item as missing, but something missing does not affect your game at all, while (as you rightfully say) a heavy-tri tree will obviously affect your performance.

As someone formerly with a potato computer, I encourage you to do just what you're doing - be aware of items that will affect your performance. Now you know you can actually avoid them even if they're "required" and that I'm not forcing you.

Your making us download the tree of heaven (which has an imnsane tris count) to use this mod and this mod doesent even use the tree of heaven.

Hi, yes they are pre-made. Everything is decorated and ready to go. Subscribe to all the items listed on the right -> so that everything shows up, and in game you click the parks tab and you'll find this side yard in there. It doesn't have any maintenance cost because... well, it's full of trash because no one's maintaining it.
