[0.9.1] Forget the parallax.
[0.9.0] Not going to put a whole lot of effort into this one. I wanted to make something light and kinetic, and this quick project satisfied that goal. The starting resolution of the image is a greater barrier to further progress than any lack of effort on my part. Some pictures aren't meant to be wallpapers, no matter how fun they are to animate. "Centering" the image and including everything in from isn't possible on any reasonable aspect ratio, so I reduced the whole thing to 800 x 600 and gave it Parallax. Inform me if you believe that an incorrect solution.
There's the possibility of taking the base image apart and using a vectored-out Tracer over an imported background, but my experience with manually separating images into components so far has been less personally rewarding for me than working with what artists gave me. At the end of the day, more than anything else, I just wanted to animate that bum-wiggle.
If anything actually does get updated in future versions, it would be opacity-mask policing typical of any project using Shake. Frankly I'm amazed there's as little distortion as there is with such high movement speed on a striped background. Maybe some more fun effects with the goggles and accelerator.
