把所有人物的工资减半（划掉，减成20%）了，没有改领军时的维护费，与任何非同类型mod兼容。

This is a simple mod that decreases characters’ salary (to 20% of vanilla). Didn’t change character’s upkeep when leading army. Should be compatible with everything.
