Guv's Sima Wei can Raze Mod (HIDDEN)

Description
Let the World Burn
So this mod I don't really have a big reason for why I made. I just wanted a faction that benefits from being a less subtle prick in the Eight Princes setting. So I wanted something practical, but more punishing and now even the AI shall have the right to try this out for themselves!

Is this lorefriendly? ♥♥♥♥ if I know, is it history friend uuh I don't know. Maybe? *shrugs* I have no clue and the only knowledge I have about this game's historical period and fluff is a single youtube video. So don't rely on my for lorefriendly content here.

What does this Mod do?
  • Sima Wei's faction can now Raze settlements and earn a large portion of Fury by doing so.
  • If Sima Wei razes settlements he also invites diplomatic penalties with all factions (exluding Empire of Jin, for some reason).
  • Sima Wei's AI should now be able to raze settlements in the campaign. If you ever decide to face him.

Some Info
Sima Wei's diplomatic penalty functions like an effect drop on a force. So if multiple forces starts racing galore, these will of course stack.
For a minor settlement it's -10 diplomatic penalty with all factions (excluding Empire of Jin). For major settlements it's -25.
This effect remains for 5 turns after razing a settlement.

The Fury conversion rates are as follows:

When it comes to Sima Wei sack and withdrawing, value is as follows:
Value of Sima Wei sack and withdrawing has a base Fury value of 10 (Both minor and Major settlements)
Sima Wei sack and withdrawing has a -0,050 Fury conversion rate, making value a bit higher.

When it comes to Sima Wei looting and withdrawing is as follows:
Value of Sima Wei razing has a base Fury value of 10 (Both minor and Major settlements)
Sima Wei razing settlements has a -0,120 Fury conversion rate, more than double amount of value.

Now I think I know what these numbers mean. It's a percentage of the total settlement's population.

Compatibility
The mod seems to be savegame compatible, as I have tested this mod with another save. As for AI taking note of the edit, I am unure.
I'd be careful of other mods that adds new post-siege battle occupation options.

This mod will be removed in a bit. This is incorporated into my overhaul instead.

His architecture is clearly a weakened version of Dong Zhuo@Guvenoren

The movers and shakers? That is very interesting.
I have no plans for that, he already has his own special building.

The movers and shakers suggested that Sima Wei be given Dong Zhuo's special building and destruction@Guvenoren
