@seriouslyUnserious All car parks are considered parks. If you use the TM:PE mod and enable realistic parking, Cims will use it to park their cars.

I tried using this and noticed a major problem, because it's categorised as a "park" Cims are NOT using it to park their cars, but rather parking in front of the building and visiting it for recreation. Parking lots should NOT be categorised as "Parks" but rather as "roads" or road infrastructure, for them to work properly.

@KingLeno I think the new update broke the invisible parking spaces, because when the cars park in your garages, they park on the first floor infront of the entrance, & under the ramp instead of the floors above the entrance & on the ramp.

I think the new update made all parking spaces on ground level instead of the floors.

Question for @KingLeno or the community: I've been using this King's garages for awhile, but something i haven't been able to figure out is how to connect my roads to the garage. In the video above it looks like King uses a combination of anarchy and move it mods, is that what i should be doing or is there a better way? Thanks in advance!

because all my parking lots are filling up since i turned it on and i need more parking without attracting more people

@thesleepwakingpoet there is no tutorial, it is not a mod. its just a single building that you plop down

How can I read a tutorial for this mod?
Is this a single building or a pack of assets to make it able to customize my unique public garage?
