Magic Scale with Character Level

Description
This mod made Destruction and Restoration spells scale with player's level (Your level, not skill level).

You don't have to start a new character but you may have to level up at least once first.

However, this mod was made with skyrim v. 1.5 and I haven't test it with newer version.
I no longer maintain this mod. You can use it, but it’s at your own risk.

Does it start from whatever you're at, or will this mod add more to my already high level characters? In other words, do i have to start a new character to get the full benefits?
