This is a collection of mods that have anything and everything to do with dragon souls.
Many people have had the problem of having either too many or too few dragon souls, mods in this collection will help you acquire dragon souls and put them to good use.
I believe that the mods in this collection can be split into 3 categories: dragon soul acquisition, dragon soul conversion, and dragon soul ownership.

Dragon soul acquisition:
Dragon souls trader mod places a trader from which you can purchase dragon souls, it is not too easy though as they cost 7k gold and require a lvl50 speech perk, so it cannot be taken advantage of by low level characters.
Dragon blood mod makes dragons drop dragon blood (a perk point)
Dragon soul gem mod makes craftable dragon soul gems which become dragon souls.

Dragon soul conversion:
many of the mods in this categories convert dragon souls to perks and differ in conversion rates/methods/locations and/or additional content. Therefore i will only describe the mods the are unique in some way.
Souls to skills mod is the only one that allows the dragonborn to spend dragon souls on skill levels.
Shifts of power mod allows the dragonborn to SHIFT their attributes rather than gain them at the cost of dragon souls. It the only mod of its kind. Its usefullness is decreased if you have mods that allow you to GAIN attributes at the cost of dragon souls however it is still usefull as you can shift large amounts of attribute points at the cost of a single dragon soul whereas you would only gain a small amount of attributes from a souls to stats mod.
Dragon soul relinquishment mod is probably the best of its kind as it allows the conversion of dragon souls to a relatively large variety of player stats, has the best ui, and the best customization options.

Dragon soul ownership:
Dragon soul empowerment mod gives what in my opinion is an unbalanced 10 to each stat per dragon soul posessed
True dragon born mod is a personal favourite of mine. it is probably scaled better than any other mod of its kind, giving lower bonuses for lower amounts of dragon souls and noticeably higher bonuses for higher amounts of dragons souls. has the unique concept of leveling up your status as a dragonborn, each level providing additional and relatively unique bonuses.
Real dovahkiin strength mod gives a hefty +5 to each stat +6 to each stat regen +1 unarmed damage + 10 carry weight + 6% weapon damage per dragon soul absorbed. (50 souls max)
Real dovahkiin speed mod mod gives a 2% movement speed bonus per dragon soul (50 souls max)
Dragon soul fueled firebreath mod improves the strength of the fire breath shout based on the number of dragon souls you have.
