Swift Steeds Frost Arab type replacer

Description
This replaces Frost with a light breed Arab type stallion. He's marked essential and is 1.5x faster than the vanilla horse.

Mesh is a remake of the vanilla horse by me. Textures are by Slof. (Skyrim Nexus)

no dlc required -- just skyrim. If you want the housecarls to ride them, you'll need a different mod for that. I think this one might work. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15225/?

can house carls also ride this as theirs or is it just dragonborn owned only ? also that reminds me, its just skyrim or do you need the any or all 3 dlc to use , just asking
