Starting From Scratch

Your To Do List

1. Rob every store when you can but kill the cashier and rob the cash register yourself for extra RP.
2. Play the latest "2x RP and $" jobs and races. Even when you come last in the races you will still make money and raise skill levels.
3. San Andreas Flight School will help you with your flying skill while you level up and you raise your flying skill when you aim for gold.
4. Earn and save $200 000 and buy the cheapest Motorcycle Clubhouse (it's the one up by Route 69). There will be a business meeting room when you walk in. Play the available missions which range with pay up to about 30k (or 60k when Rockstar has 2x MC missions turned on for a weekly event).
5. Log in during Rockstar special cash giveaway events (save if necessary) and invest into business properties both MC and CEO related. (Rockstar's giveaways vary from 250k to 1 million).
6. With the addition of the Doomsday Heist and the latest Diamond Casino Heist, take advantage of the free weapons and the bonuses for completing the challenges they come with. The free weapons are the Double Action Revolver[gta.fandom.com], (250k) Stone Hatchet[gta.fandom.com] (250k) and the recent addition of the Navy Revolver[gta.fandom.com]
SecuroServ vs Motorcycle Club

I'm sure we've all come crossroads between buying a CEO Office or a Motorcycle Club. That being said, here is a list of some info of the Motorcycle Club and the CEO Office.

Take in consideration that when starting out you will need the enough funds to start up as a MC President by buying a clubhouse or VIP (best to invest in an office which lets you become a CEO even with $0).

Motorcycle Club

~ Can have 8 total members in the organization
~ Selling anything under MC pays the group a cut (Weed Farm, Cocaine Lockup, Cash Factory, Document Forgery, Meth Lab, Bunker, Nightclub) and works great when there is a double profit event happening for a week or longer
~ Businesses are filled up on their own as long as supplies are delivered. You can order the supplies and have them delivered for you with the cost of it lowering your return investment or you can manually pick up and deliver your own supplies
~ Low start up capital needed to run an MC compared to a CEO organization

SecuroServ CEO

~ Can only have 3 others in the organization
~ Businesses take longer to fill up and requires 100% manual effort
~ Requires more start up capital to run a CEO organization than a Motorcycle Club
Playing as a CEO/VIP
Once a player becomes a VIP, this status will last for 4 (real time) hours. CEOs lack countdown and cooldown timers, and can retire and re-register at any time.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Four different types of business are available to purchase, with several locations to pick from for each type.

  • Special Cargo
Special Cargo warehouses can be bought from the office computer. Once you purchase one of these warehouses, you can select from 1, 2, or 3 crates to order and go pick up. This is easier with at least one bodyguard and either a decent super car or an aircraft. The mission randomizes where to pick up the crates and if you'll be driving a vehicle with the cargo in it.
  • Vehicle Cargo
The warehouses give the ability to source top-ranged, mid-ranged or standard-ranged vehicles for the to steal and deliver to the warehouse. Pro tip:
  • Special Vehicle Work
Special Vehicle Work missions are special contact missions that are unlocked when progress is made in collecting vehicle cargo. When the missions have been completed, discounts will be given to the most successful of organisations and you can then purchase and use the "Special Vehicles" to unlock more CEO/VIP work in free roam.
  • Warehouses Management
Once an office has been bought, the office computer will allow for to buy and manage all your warehouses. With the added bonus of the Terrorbyte from the [after Hours/i] DLC you can source for all you SecuroServ needs anywhere on the map and the the terminal that can be bought for an arcade ([Diamond Casino Heist/i] update) you can control everything from there if you happen to be nearby. [/list]

Playing as an MC President
Clubhouse Businesses:

Five business types are available to but you can only own one of each. Down below are the properties sorted by least to most profitable.

  • Document Forgery Office
  • Counterfeit Cash Factory
  • Weed Farm
  • Methamphetamine Lab
  • Cocaine Lockup

Each business needs supplies to run so pay attention to the supply level meter on The Open Road laptop. The more units filled means at least one friend may need to help due to potentially having 3 vehicles to sell with. You can buy supplies for $15,000 per unit or $75,000 total when resting on empty. If you're reading this and starting new, it's best to steal the supplies which may take longer but works out cheaper when playing solo. Just invest in weapons along the way and better vehicles to adapt to each situation.

The location of each business determine the location and difficulty of the sales, with the cheaper businesses located outside the Los Santos city limits in both Los Santos County and Blaine County. Cross-"border" deliveries from the city to the countryside or vice versa will attract a 50% premium on the price achieved at the time of sale.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raids:

Something to be aware of are the protection missions which will more frequently occur with no security upgrade and when your product bar is at the fourth bar. When any of these events start, get there in the fastest vehicle but playing as the President you will also have to bear in mind that a single death may lead to arrest or lost product and the property getting shut down.

There are several types of raids that will need to be defended:
  • Cop Raid
FIB agents protected by a police helicopter are about to raid the business. Fight them off then steal the police truck that will have product or workers, and return to the business safely.
  • Traitor
There's a rat about to testify against the illicit business and he's being held in a motel with police protection. Kill him, pick up the testimony and deliver it back to the business.
  • Stolen Product
An NPC rival group stole your product and are in the middle of a deal to unload it. Get there fast before there's nothing left and return as much as you can back to the business.
  • Gang Raid
A rival motorcycle gang is on the process of stealing your product. On arrival, defend the business by killing the attackers and eliminating the following waves of enemies.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Contracts and Free Roam Gigs:

These are various jobs that can be started from inside the clubhouse and are randomized when either 1 or all 3 contracts have been completed that are on the wall. However, once all are done you will have to wait 48 minutes (an in-game day) for the wall to be refreshed.

Club Challenges:

  • Criminal Mischief
Members compete to hit the most vehicles with biker melee within 10 minutes, with bonus points rewarded for higher-end vehicles. After a short while, a specially marked vehicle appears on the map - the first member to hit it gains bonus points. Initiated by the President.
  • Search and Destroy

Getting A Private Lobby
Here is a video showing you how to make a solo public session: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fH7kju35swY
Tips & Advice Left by Authors
There can be up to 10 VIPs/CEOs/MCs per session. If you can't register as any, keep looking for a new session that will let you. The other option is by getting a private lobby.

The best thing to do when delivering cargo is to be on a lobby with low amounts of players or no players at all.

If you're an associate to a CEO, you'll get RP and cash bonuses the longer you play. Cash bonus starts as 10K per 48 minutes (in-game day) and will gradually go up to a 20K cap but, will be decreased the more your CEO dies. The longer the CEO is alive, the more money is rewarded. Similar bonus with MC Presidents.

Emiboss
Full health bar regeneration and speed boost: You can regen up to 50% of max HP without the CEO circle but, with it as an associate, it gives a massive boost and refills to max.

BirdOfPrey
Go for the Bogdan heist glitch to get rich. (2 players only, host gives 85% cut to friend, proceed with heist as per normal, host quits game/heist as final cutscene starts but at the moment the characters are stepping out of the Avenger),

{DEFN} Shark
Shark cards are overpriced and a waste of IRL money. If you really really need a boost then I guess it can help but it's not recommended. - Author Note: gbluberry has sunk $100s before learning the lesson of having the right people to sell with and knowing where to invest properly to have income as you would in real life.

Toxic Drummer
For the vehicle warehouse, don't sell Mid to Low range cars, as when you get all of the Mid and Low range cars you'll only start finding High rage cars to steal. While selling, if you have the amount of people and the cars for it, sell in a commission, not separate. You get a bit more cash for selling in a commission, but it may be higher risk as gangsters/mercs can spawn during sells for high ranges also. - Author Note: There is an area to park and kill every enemy wave prior to continuing to sell in peace.

fury031
if you own an MC and have some bikes stored, one of these bikes will be classed as your favourite bike and will fully restore all lost HP while you riding it. You don't need to be in an organisation or MC for this to work. - Author Note: It's best to be in an MC to call it when you need it the most.

@Elhami I'm not sure if that will work 100% of time from when I've quit around that time when I wasn't paying attention to the original time I was to quit on console. However, doing it in the sense that you and a friend both have the heist it will be more profitable to go the 85% option and go about the first way.

As for me, annoying griefers and the chat bullies until the leave the lobby. We're modders that would rather help than use our menus to be a complete and utter a$$hole.
