And I'm assuming you mean an empty M1 battery, which still sounds crazy the amount of time investment for a convenience tool.
I understand it originally being crafted as such, but having to get crystals/stones everytime to refill it? What other item has that struggle with ammo?
Then nomatter what you're going to have to rebuild it at some point.
You need another M1 Battery to refill power.
don't worry, not like A1/A2 Battery will disappear after charge
it will return old M1 back to your inventory.
usually i use I-HR to help random player, not sure this tool work on PVP good or not...
Seems rather... moronic that we cannot repair this tool given it's really an OOC (out of combat) recovery tool for your team or PVE support machine.
If it could be repaired and ammo/recharge happened to be in the shop it would be worth the 7 intelligence on an engineer meaning you lose the ability to use a lvl 35 sniper, or possible stamina/fortune dump if sticking strictly SMG.
That being said you can still use the thunder (25) sniper rifle to make up for the fact SMGs are not exactly able to compete with AR/Rifle at long distance.
That being said : I enjoy the I-HR in concept and application, but in actual lifespan and annoyance it falls flat for the amount of work required to get this thing.
