This addon does the following:
1) Boosts FPS by tweaking graphics settings
2) Makes commons less laggy at low lerp settings
3) Mutes game sounds when someone is speaking into the microphone
4) Makes infected ragdolls instantly disappear
5) Unlocks a possibility to set 0 lerp in singleplayer
6) Disables server auto shutdown in singleplayer versus
7) Increases brightness in fullscreen mode
