Community-based Russian localization of the game

Translation of the Tablets, as well as fixing the translation of some more strings in the game.

To activate it, select the language option in the game settings "Русский(Сообщество)"

If you notice any bugs, typos and other text issues - be sure to write about it, we'll fix everything.

You can also suggest and track changes on GitHub[github.com]

Version replacing the official file with a community fixes translation (to make translations from mods work with the official version)
