How to fix this mod to default version damage and magazine. Does anyone know?

I love this mod But the sniper sound was too loud.

@Leon The Fox The one posted is quite modified and revamped and mine stays the same. I haven't released this one, but maybe soon when all my packages for codol mods are done.
