[LFS] Star Wars Battlefront 2 Darth Maul's Scimitar

Description



Darth Maul's Scimitar Fighter ported from Star Wars Battlefront 2. Created for Multiverse Gaming[www.multiverse-gaming.uk]. Join the discord here[discord.gg]. Want to connect to the server? Paste this into your Gmod Console. connect 208.103.169.224:27015

It is absolutely necessary that you have LFS version v158.GIT(GitHub) or v168.WS(Workshop) or newer. This addon will not work properly if you are running an outdated version! It is also necessary to have the LFS Ground Vehicle Base. If you do not have BOTH of these addons. The fighter simply will not work.

This is my first ever attempt with porting anything from a game so if there's any issues, please comment below and I will work to fix it quickly. I will be making more LFS vehicles in the future too!

Future Plan
-Adding a cloaking mode as seen in the game.

An old game gave the Scimitar a plasma caster in place of rockets. It was cool but hard to use.

Essentially the event one has a ton more HP and (i believe) does more damage, though i cannot remember for damage. It was done that way so in events if people had darth maul in a ship he couldnt just be blown up and then the lore is kinda messed up.

I wish I knew how to port ships and stuff. I would make an LFS Corvus from BF2's campaign. Id also give it a modeled bridge and landing gear. There are multiple occasions where the bottom ramp is open so I could add a small hanger
