You need Advanced Bone tool To set bones correctly (in not physgun movable stuff)
To apply tactical number model (Exaclty effect) to tank you need Bonemerge tool

Skins:

Skin0: Russian green solid color
Skin1: Russian dark green solid colod
Skin2: Polish olive solid color

Can be little issues with tactical number some numbers on few skins show up with small edge of other number, this is error with UV map some text textrues not identical match to others

These are not drivable or another usless stuff, dont ask about it
