一个非常简单的mod，在天命剧本中在187年公孙瓒会自动在右北平成立一个独立的势力

如果公孙瓒死亡则无法触发

A very simple mod. In the mandate of heaven campaign, Gongsun Zan will become a faction in 187 at the capital of Youbeiping.

It will not trigger if Gongsun Zan is killed before 187.

I don't understand how Gongsun Zan can be "killed" if he hasn't even popped up on the map yet.

In any case the mod doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm on year 187
