Aardin - Solitude-style player house

Description
This is a house mod I made for my own enjoyment, but I figured I’d post it here in case someone else had the same issue I did with Proudspire Manor. I love Solitude, but for me, Proudspire Manor just didn’t cut it. Too cramped, not enough places to display my hard-won stuff. This house was the alternative to me continuing to gripe about it. It has:

Upper Floor

5 Weapon plaques
5 Display cases
2 Weapon racks
1 Player chest
1 Small bookshelf
3 Mannequins
1 Enchanting table
1 Alchemy station

Ground Floor

9 Weapon plaques
2 Small display cases
1 Player chest
1 Small bookshelf
3 Mannequins

The house is just north-east of the Thalmor Embassy. Oh, and the map-marker may look as if the house is overlapping Shadowngreen Cavern at certain angles, but the entrance to that cave is actually a good distance away. This mod should not interfere with that, or any other vanilla landmarks.

I’m very much an amateur when it comes to this stuff, so any comments, advice, or constructive criticism is welcome. Enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE: Dragonborn and Hearthfire must be enabled to use this mod.

UPDATE (12/6/2013): Added two practice dummies to the children's room, and a cookpot and small non-storage chest in the kitchen.

NPC ADDED:To liven up the house a bit, I've had Wheatsworth, a Bosmer chef NPC, move in. I'm going to stress that she is an EXPERIMENT, something I created just so I could try my hand at making a unique NPC. I voiced her myself with a basic microphone and no acting skills, but hopefully she doesn't sound too awful. Wheatsworth will chat with you a bit, and also cooks special meals which are stored in the chest by the fire. This chest will RESET in 48 game hours, so don't store any items in there! I'd love any constructive feedback on her, and do let me know if she starts acting wonky in any way.

UPDATE (12/1/2013): To accomodate those wishing to move their entire Heathfires family into the house using the Custom Family Home mod, I've added a basement with servants' quarters, accessed by a trapdoor in the kitchen, and a children's bedroom on the upper floor. The basement is just for looks and having a spot for your Bard and Steward to sleep, while the children's bedroom features 2 weapon racks.

UPDATE (12/4/2013): Due to popular demand (okay, about three people mentioned this, but in a mod this small, that counts), I've created a smithing area for the exterior of the house, and also added an apothecary's satchel and enchanting chest in their respective areas inside for storage.

KNOWN BUG(S): There appears to be a roaming dragon that occasionally tries to invade the household. I'm looking for a solution, so I'd welcome any comments with info about getting rid of giant, scaly squatters. It's been suggested that the Deadly Dragons mod and Sjel Blad Castle mod might be possible causes, so let me know if those mods are causing an issue for you guys.

Ultix - I'm afraid so. :) I have given thought to creating a quest involving it, but it's remained strictly a thought thus far. I appreciate the feedback, though.

Is this an other one of those freebie house mods? If not, good job. For essence of game play, a quality home should not go unearned.

Aw hey thx for replying. I did find the file eventually and reintstalled it with no luck. The mod is beautiful and works fine except when on the first floor it makes some kind of sluping sound. I thought it may be conflict issue but if it is I have not found the culprit. Anyhow,. It is a great location and Im keeping it installed, just may not be able to use it as a player house since the slurping noise mreaks immersion. Thank you again

There is No Spoon - Hm, I believe the name of the file in the data folder is "custom house 2." I should really change that to be more descriptive, lol.
