The "Recent Uprising" province modifier is now applied to provinces on the initial rebel uprising as well as rebel reinforcements.

If you're like me, you're sick and tired of babysitting a high revolt risk province due to some vassal's ineptitude, and find the near constant revolting to be more laughable than immersive.

Even more amusing, is that this behavior exists for Horse Lords, but was never added to Old Gods.

NOT Achivement-Ironman Compatible
ONLY works for Old Gods and Horse Lords and their province revolt events.
INCOMPATIBLE with any mod that modifies the revolt events for The Old Gods, and Horse Lords
