As BaseEquipment.txt, I mean, Install Super Agents need to replace the BaseEquipment.txt file with the one from this mod. After installed the BaseMod, replace it at \LobotomyCorp_Data\Managed\BaseMod\BaseEquipment.txt.
But using Lobotomy Mod Manager to launch the game will restore restore the file to the original file(didn't moded), don't what happen actually, but this is what I observed.
Just want to remind people who want to do the same thing as me.
By the way, using Lobotomy Mod Manager to launch the game seems to restore BaseEquipment.txt to the original version for some reason, making it can't use the moded version. My solution is to not use Mod Manager and launch the game in steam.
