OTR-21 Tochka (Russian: оперативно-тактический ракетный комплекс (ОТР) «Точка» ("point"); English: Tactical Operational Missile Complex "Tochka-U") is a Soviet tactical ballistic missile. Its GRAU designation is 9K79; its NATO reporting name is SS-21 Scarab. It is transported in a 9P129 (BAZ-5921) vehicle and raised prior to launch missile 9M79-1. It uses an inertial guidance system.

In-game sises close to real. Missile range from 900m to 6000m. Shootrange on screenshots - 3000m. its circular error probable (CEP) is estimated to be about 100 m. missile has keep active block. Flight time ~2 minute
Based on BAZ-5921, max speed 60km/h, speed on water 10km/h. Has automatic gearbox with ability to select needed gear. On water recomended use 3 gear.

Missile control is carried out in the launch car before the start, coordinates are set via the keyboard, the map shows a map with a probable flight path of the missile and the recommended firing range. Missile is not able to determine the height, so it is necessary to take this into account when setting the coordinates of the target.

In missile autopilot I uses elements of this controller for yaw controll.
