While I ended up keeping the color scheme of the original, I really liked these new textures, so I decided to release it as a separate asset. If you've missed my water pumping assets, they're buildings that use ground water (like the default water tower) instead of pumping water from a river or lake. Besides needing a road, you can place this one anywhere in your city - just don't put it on polluted ground! ;)
