This mod allows you to divide the capacity of vehicles by 4
This mod works with all vanilla & most modded vehicles (bus, trams, trains, boats and planes)

Would it be possible for you to make one for passenger only?

I expect this mod is for getting longer and heavier trains? Does this make busses and trucks painful to use? ^^;
Does it reduce the upkeep cost of these vehicles?
