Also, a note on hammer upgrades: I almost always find one on floor 1, then a second on floor 3.
Fully upgraded, the Hestia aspect increases the base damage of the first shot after reloading to 150. This is extremely strong when combined with Artemis and Ares boons like critical hit chance and damage (Artemis), stronger critical hits (Artemis), 200-250% increased damage for the next attack after a kill (Ares), increased critical hit chance against a specific enemy after a critical hit (Artemis), etc. With the right setup, you can pretty much waltz through the game chaining 1-shot kills and land very high damage hits on bosses. I also like to pick up the rocket special daedalus buff and Artemis critical hits for special as well.
