So where should I go to start making HUD?

When you are being healed by a medic, you get a small overlay that displays their name, medi-gun, and uber charge. I'm trying to eddit that but i have no idea where that file is. (specifically, I want to make the ubercharge display bigger/clearer). Does anyone know where that is?

I have been attempting to edit a hud to my own liking and would like the full 3D player model in the corner of the screen instead of the halfway cutoff one. However I cannot find any tutorials describing how to do so. Have only found tutorials on how to move 3D model. Please reply clearly and quickly thank you.

same happened here, fucking annoyed me as I needed to fix the hud cuz I was running the game in windowed mode!

I made a hud, everything was going well, I save it to my database, and kaboom, none of the buttons on the website work anymore, I literaly can not operate anything on the website, and it took me half an hour to make the hud, I'm pissed as fuck, anyone know how to fix this?
