reds Better Conveyors

Description
Adds more conveyors and reinforced variants of them. Reinforced variants have a slightly different design and are indicated by an 'R.' in the name.

Currently adds:
-Copper Conveyor - Pretty much same as the basic vanilla conveyor but design reflects that it's made of copper.
-R. Copper Conveyor - Double the health of a regular copper conveyor but costs more copper and some lead.
-R. Titanium Conveyor - Double the health but double the resources.
-Thorium Conveyor - Very fast and strong, but costs thorium (duh) and titanium.
-R. Thorium Conveyor - 2.5x the health but requires more thorium and uses copper and lead.
-Surge Conveyor - An extremely fast conveyor, using phase weave and surge alloy. Very sturdy.
-R. Surge Conveyor - 3x the health a typical Surge conveyor. Useful, it is.
-Amalgam Conveyor - Can beat a mass driver in a straight race and incredibly strong.
-R. Amalgam Conveyor - An Amalgam Conveyor but more stronc
-Reinforced variants of distribution blocks.

Advice on balancing is very appreciated.

Currently I'm leaving this mod until the next big update, or at least when an experimental release is out.
I've also started to work on another mod that has this already in it plus some other stuff as well. Not sure when it'll be done enough to have it's first release though. I'll probably release it after the next big update comes and (ideally) include support for the new type of conveyor that's coming out.

So, bug to report... The R. Amalgam Conveyor does not act like a R. conveyor. It accepts stuff from the side from buildings and conveyor distribution blocks like routers and junctions just like a normal amalgam conveyor. If you need a R., the best you have is still the R. Surge.

On another note, it would be nice to add R. Overflow and Underflow gates. Not needed for conveyor speed, but maybe for the extra health and to make it feel complete.

I very well may do that, but I'll probably need to do a bit of fiddling with the conveyor's design since the current Amalgam Conveyor uses the reinforced conveyor design.
I'll probably get it done some time today or tomorrow

Can you add an R. Amalgam Conveyor so you can lay it next to producers without them outputting to the conveyor?

That's something I fully intend to do in a separate mod, red's Better Conduits. It doesn't quite fit here since this is item-specific, not liquids.

I want to either remove the vanilla basic conveyor or give it the copper conveyor design, and remove the reinforced conveyor as my mod adds reinforced variants of most conveyor types so it wouldn't make much sense. The titanium conveyor is fine, I don't care to touch that one.
I don't NEED to, but it'd be ideal.
