Fixed Level Crossing Animations

Description
I found it annoying how the level crossing barriers would close so slowly that the train was already passing before they had closed, and how the barriers would open so slowly that cars started moving and clipping through them. This mod changes the animations to fix that.

Barriers now close and open faster and with less delay, meaning they actually close before the train passes and open before traffic starts moving, which obviously looks better and more realistic.

The crossing bell sound effect has been replaced and now lasts longer as well, stopping once the barriers have been fully closed for a few seconds. It's now based on an English level crossing bell, but I think it sounds suitably generic for all crossings.

I've also changed how the traffic light on the European crossing works. Instead of being a red/green traffic light, it shows an amber warning light for a couple of seconds before the gates start closing, then shows a flashing red light. This more closely matches the European crossings I have seen.

The fixed animations and warning bell apply to all crossing types in all regions.

Is this mod still being ... (i dont know the english word).. maintained or ...?
It just doesnt work like in reality.
The barriers still close too late. And the lights are not in sync either.

How it should be is:

- train approaches
- lights start to flash
- after like 5 seconds the barriers close and are fully closed before the train is there.
- train is passed by
- barriers open
- when the barriers are fully open the lights flash for another 2 seconds and after they go out, the cars can cross.

Thats how it works in real life.

The barriers still open a little late to my taste. Can they be closed even sooner?
Maybe build in a setting to adjust ourselves?

Uh, have any of you noticed how if you zoom in against a railroad crossing, once it begins closing the barriers, and the bell starts sounding, zooming out will result in the audio being the exact same. Same happens if the crossing has already begun closing and you then zoom towards the crossing, then there will be no audio. Is there a mod that fixes this?

I hated how the barriers closed so slowly. Thank You So Much!

AH, another person who noticed the slow crossing gate. Thank you for the mod to fix that annoying gate. I can tolerate a whole train flipping in place to go back where it came from but a slow gate really drives me crazy! I am being serious. Thank you!

the crossings are going down before the train, but they still drive right through after the train has passed, can you fix that? (also might be because im using modded us grade crossings)

What's the load order of this mod? It's still a bit sluggish and only fully close when the train is halfway through.

V should be fixed in the next game update, fully superseding this mod. unless they somehow mess it up.
