This is a mod correcting cultures and making it possible to shift culture groups. Not in the way you might think...

1. Actual real history that almost Danish could've been a german culture is now possible, 2 stab 100 diplo and admin. Switches Danish culture provinces to Dansk wich is in the Germanic culture group and changes primary culture.
2. Finns noticing that they are not Swedes, Slavic nor German sooner than expected, Making Finnish culture it's own group
3. Sapmi people are now accepted to join the Finnic group requires 2 stab 100 dip + 100 adm
4. Livonian people are in a culture identity struggle, they are not Slavs they are not German, joining the Finnic group requires 2 stab 150 dip + 150 adm
5. Norwegian people have been plagued by the Danish and the Swedish, but they have found a new friend in central europe. New studies show that Norwegians are not that far diferent from north German people. requires 3 stab 150 dip + 150 adm
6. The Swedish nobility is almost just Germans, the land and the items that they sell in the markets are also just from central europe. Alot of the people speak diferent according to the elderly.
7. The Karelians have been seperated for a long time from their brothers by the tyrannical rule of the slavs. The last revolt to unite the brotherhood against the slavs has begun. Before the rising tide washes over them and seperates the brothers forever. requires 2 stab 100 dip + 100 adm
8. Estonian people have a long time been tied to the Finns but a for a time now they have been seperated due to the Swedes and Livonians, we will now join the Karelian revolt and finally be united with our brothers. requires 2 stab 100 dip + 100 adm
