Welcome to the Howling Fjord ! This area may look challenging with its numerous mountains, fjords, rivers and lakes... but when you look a the right spots, you will find ways to grow.

The region is in dire need of transportation. Cities are poorly connected because roads are so unpratical in the region. You will have to make use of smart planning to build rail lines that connect the various areas. Planes are a good option as well if you know where to place the airports. Maybe water is also one of the best bets as most cities developped near the sea. Major cities like Barrow, Tomheim or Nordheim are good start off places. But everything is possible !

The local governement asks for you - president of the Wolf Transport Company - to link people and industries to develop this region without harming its natural beauty.
