Heavyweight Parlor Bogie Fix (Deprecated)

Description
DEPRECATED: This mod is no longer necessary as Urban Games has fixed the relevant file. I am leaving the mod on the workshop to avoid breaking any old save games.

Original Description: The bogies of the Heavyweight Parlor car are fairly obviously intended to have three axles (see TPF1, or just look at them), but only have two. This mod adds the missing third axle.

How did you manage to modify the stock asset?

The European compartment coach should have three axles as well
